The Ritz-Carlton Chicago is operated by Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and is located atop Water Tower Place in the heart of downtown Chicago. The hotel opened in 1975 and is a very typical Four Seasons hotel and only a Ritz-Carlton in name. It has Four Seasons signature beds and L’Occitane products in the bathroom as seen in all their 90-something properties.
