The Principal Madrid Hotel

The Principal Madrid Hotel is a luxurious 5-star boutique hotel on the famous Gran Vía in Madrid. The hotel features stylish rooms and suites, an acclaimed restaurant, a rooftop bar with stunning city views, and a spa for great relaxation.

My Experience: This hotel is a member of Design Hotels and Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Both can be justified. The design is modern and attractive, similar to many of the hotels in the Design Hotels collection. This smoke-free hotel has an excellent central location, great service from the friendly staff, complimentary high-speed internet and awesome views from the rooftop. A tip would be to select a room that does not face the street, as my room was noisy, but I am from the countryside and might be a bit more sensitive to that than most people. My bed was comfortable, and I had a pleasant one-night stay in this beautiful modern hotel.

My Opinion: Great experience.
