My arrival experience: Fast check-in before being escorted to the room.
What about the service: I was disappointed with the service for two reasons. 1. Disorganized service. I almost missed my flight in the morning as the receptionist wasn’t there. The other staff in the lobby couldn’t help me. Despite waiting long for my document, I made it to my flight just in time, thanks to Uber’s fantastic service. I could, of course, have been in a better time, but I found the service to be disorganized, unfortunately.
What about the rooms: I can only speak of their standard rooms. They are small but with classical charm. Comfortable bed, flat screen TV, working desk and a very small bathroom with shower in the bathtub.

Facilities: As far as I know, there is only a gym, and I wonder how the hotel got 5 stars?

Recommendation: Uber is available in London as the most comfortable way to experience the city!
