What I liked the most: The club lounge and everything that works as it should in a business hotel.
What about the food: Excellent breakfast buffet and evening club lounge buffet. Both had high-quality imported items such as French cheeses, Japanese sushi and Swiss yoghurt.
What about the service: Good service at the front desk, but due to the size of the hotel, there might be waiting time, like I experienced. The staff at the club lounge were some of the kindest I’ve seen in any lounge. It feels like staying at a separate hotel, and you can certainly make the experience here much better by purchasing access.
What about the rooms: Typical Hyatt design for their never properties. Separate shower from the bathtub. The grand suites have huge bathtubs with views of the Petronas Towers.
