Courtyard by Marriott Szczecin City

Courtyard by Marriott Szczecin City came up as an impressive hotel during my research of a place to stay in Szczecin, a historic Polish city close to the German border, and a city I had never visited until my visit in the summer of 2023.

My stay started with a friendly check-in at the reception. I went to have a look at the massive buffet, but without eating as I am on a very strict diet due to health issues. I went to the room and was very impressed with the city view. For exploring Szczecin on foot, this hotel has an ideal location as it’s in the city centre itself.

The room had a carpeted floor, a comfortable bed, a separate working desk and chair and a great modern bathroom with a sink and shower. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available in the room itself as well. The Marriott design and standards are seen throughout the hotel. The hotel provided great service both at the hotel itself and by e-mail with professional replies. At the time of writing, the hotel had a very high Booking.com guest satisfaction score of 9.1.

Finally, it’s worth mentioning the great value of Courtyard by Marriott Szczecin City as hotels of similar quality would cost a lot more in many European destinations. If you research the best places to stay in Szczecin you might come up with the same conclusion as me, that Courtyard by Marriott Szczecin City is the best choice.
